SOLIDWORKS & AUTOCAD Our talented designers utilize SolidWorks along with AutoCAD software to layout, model and produce drawings for submittals, approval and fabrication.
MESSER CUTTING SYSTEMS This Plasma cutting system has the capacity to cut up to 1 ½” carbon steel, 1 ¼" stainless steel and 1" aluminum. With a sheet capacity of 8' x 20'.
CINCINNATI LASER CUTTER Our Cincinnati laser cutter has the capabilities to cut up to ½” thick steel, stainless steel, aluminum, red metals, and more, in a 5' x 10' sheet.
SINGLE STATION PUNCH Our 30 Ton, CNC controlled, single-station punch is capable punching sheet, plate, bar and angle stock in material thicknesses of 30ga up through ¼" thick. With our wide variety of tooling, we are capable of punching holes, slots and notches in various geometrical shapes not limited to round, square, rectangular, oblong and custom shapes.
ACCUSHEAR We employee the use of two plate shears in our facility. Our primary shear is capable of shearing sheet, plate and bar in ranges from 30ga up through 3/8" plate and up to 12' in length. Our secondary shear is capable of shearing sheet, plate and bar in ranges of 30ga through 1/4" plate up to 10' in length.
ACCURPRESS The Accurpress is a hydraulic press brake that delivers +/- 0.0004″ repeat accuracies via a Proportional Valve Hydraulic System, allowing up to 175 tonnage at 12' length. The machine measures the bending cycle and when unequal forces are applied across the length it compensates the ram accordingly.
WELDING STATIONS Our shop is equipped with 25 permanent welding stations. To meet shop demands at all times we have the capability to install 15 more welding stations to ensure no project falls behind schedule. Each welding station has a designated iPad to track each projects process every step of the way.
OVERHEAD CRANES Our shop has a total of 10 cranes strategically placed to move large pieces of pipe quickly and easily between stations. With varying weight capacity's of up-to 6 tons this allow us as much efficiency and safety as possible.
